This is a new small animal veterinary hospital.  This project contains state of the art surgical suites, x-ray, lab, pharmacy, waiting room and exam rooms.  Hanford veterinary hospital has specialty plumbing for oxygen and an anesthesia evac gas system.  The floors are epoxy for non-slip surface, cleaning and durability.  The building is constructed of block and conventional framing.  The mechanical system is spilt into two isolated zones by negative pressure and construction barriers to isolate the contagious animal unit. The facility has an emergency generator. EBM Design Group provided full Architectural services.
