The Proposed Project is a remodel of an existing building located on the southwest corner of Court street and Center street in Downtown Visalia.

 

The First floor is commercial, with retail tenants and a restaurant. The Second floor was a hotel previously, it will now be converted to Apartments.

 

There are 8 apartment units currently planned for the Second floor. One retail space on the ground floor will be converted into an apartment unit, Storage facilities for the tenants and an entry lobby.
