This 5,000 sq. ft. two story residence was damaged in a fire. The existing footings were deemed to be structurally sound so our new layout was designed over the existing slab to keep construction cost's down.

We updated the interior layout to an open floor plan with new finishes. The owner requested a fresh exterior with a Tuscan feel.
