Conrad Jimenez, his interior  designer, was so much fun to work with. It was always exciting to meet with him to discuss the interior design of the office — wall paint colors, etc. He was with me choosing and shopping for furniture, tables, office decorations, etc.

 

Eric also worked well with the construction team. He made sure that all cement, wood, and other materials were constructed well to his specifications and highest standards.
